WHAT HAPPENS AT A GAMING PARTY?
At an E-Sports Academy gaming party, the children play together on our gaming PCs while a dedicated host helps the group with games, teams and any technical questions.
We aim to create an experience where everyone can join in – whether they play every day or have barely used a gaming mouse before.
Welcome
We welcome the group, show everyone around and help each guest find their gaming station.
Play together
We help the group get started with games that work well for playing together and divide players into teams when needed.
Break & birthday celebrations
Time for food, presents and celebrating the birthday. If you have added our food package, it is served during the break.
Tournament & free play
We can organise a simple mini-tournament or another shared activity before finishing with more gaming.

GAMING PARTY FAQ
How many guests can attend?
Up to 15 guests. For groups of more than 10, the party uses two adjacent rooms.
How long does the party last?
Two hours.
Do you need to be good at gaming?
No. No previous gaming experience is required.
Do guests need to bring their own computers?
No. All necessary gaming equipment is provided.
Do parents need to stay?
No, not during the party itself. Parents who would like to stay are welcome to wait at the venue while the party is taking place.
Can the party be adapted to the group?
Yes. Within reasonable limits, the games and format can be adapted to suit the group.
How much does the food package cost?
SEK 99 per guest. It includes a pizza slice, a bag of sweets and a soft drink.
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Usually, yes, as long as we receive the information in advance.
Can we bring a birthday cake or our own snacks?
If you add the food package, you are also welcome to bring additional food, snacks or a birthday cake.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Normally at least 7 days before your preferred date. If you have less notice, contact us and we will let you know if we can arrange it.
