We use this information to handle and respond to your question, enquiry or booking.

BOOKINGS AND MEMBERSHIP
Some bookings, registrations and membership matters are handled through external systems provided by MinaAktiviteter/idrott.se.
When you continue to the booking or membership process itself, you leave esportsacademy.se and use the external service. Different terms and privacy rules may apply there.
On the page for Spawn Point's esports training, information about current training groups is also retrieved from idrott.se and displayed on our website.
E-Sports Academy and Spawn Point E-sportförening are separate organisations. Which organisation is responsible for the personal data in a booking or membership matter therefore depends on the activity you are registering for.
Information about the processing of personal data within the external booking process is provided in connection with the relevant service.
WEBSITE ANALYTICS
If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used and to help us improve its content and functionality.
For example, we may measure which pages are visited and events on the website, such as clicks on contact or booking links.
Google Analytics is only loaded after you have actively chosen to accept analytics. If you choose necessary cookies only, Google Analytics is not loaded.

We use MinaAktiviteter/idrott.se for parts of our booking and membership administration. On some pages, information is retrieved from the service, and your browser may also load resources, such as stylesheets, from minaaktiviteter.se.

The website currently uses fonts that may be loaded from Google Fonts. When these resources are loaded, your browser connects to Google's servers and technical information, such as your IP address, may be transferred.
